Data controller

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is the INNI Architekci studio, ul. Zygmunta Starego 24a/9, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland. For matters concerning personal data, write to us through the contact form or at the studio's e-mail address given in the footer.

Forms

We process the data from the forms (quote request, job application) to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or carry out recruitment — on the basis of your consent and of steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Attachments (CVs, portfolios, zoning plan extracts) are stored on our server, without a public address.

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply and for any subsequent cooperation, and job applications until the recruitment ends. You may ask us to delete them earlier.

Statistics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to learn which parts of the website are viewed. Without consent the tool is not loaded. You can change your decision at any time with the “Statistics settings” link in the website footer.

The studio's e-mail address and phone number are hidden on the website and appear after a click. We count only the number of such clicks — without IP addresses and without cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
